    JULY

  • 7/22 - Rhett - Sorry about the lack of updates folks, I put a hold on them because Disflux is going down and we're going to another server. Today I added another link on the links page and fixed the pirates page. Keep an eye out at NES-El33t.com,NES World board, or RR's board for the move (incase disflux goes before we do move). Expect more updates after we move and thanks for your patients.
  • 7/4 - portnoyd - Astyanax Prototype Review is up. Also, I shrunk all my pics to a better size, so they're not freakin huge anymore. Updated my speed guide for Legend of Zelda too. Reviews of Pro Sport Hockey, GI Joe: Atlantis Factor, Home Alone, Untouchables, Cowboy Kid, and Casino Kid 2 forthcoming tomorrow and early friday. Maybe. I also fixed some oddities around the site, some out of date pages? Did we have a crash or something?
  • 7/4 - Rhett - Added a few new games to my gamelist today. Also, today is the USA's 225 B-day, aka Independence Day, where we remmember where are roots were formed and why we are a self-ruling Country. Special thanks to the estimated 30 Million that died making and keeping her free. Have a happy 4th fellow Americans, and to you non-U.S. residence, happy Wednesday.

  • 6/26 - portnoyd - Most worthless... update... ever. Right here. A writeup is forthcoming for the proto (Not as interesting as you may suspect) and the pics of my games and my setup are up too... in case you care. Reviews coming as soon as I get a break.
  • 6/25 - Rhett - Well all it's been a while since my comp died and password problems for the other staff, but we finally have an update. A new episode has been added to the long-forgotten Battle for a NES Mascot section, read episode 1 before you read 2 since it is a series.
  • 6/20 - RandX - There are no updates at this time, but I need to make a few announcements. Tom Lowrie, owner of disflux.net and the host for this site and others, finally decided to give me the new password, so this site will be updated some more soon. Thanks Tom, you probably saved el33t from dying. Rolocke sent me a new shyguy club episode and I will have that up as soon as I convert it into HTML. If anyone cares, about two weeks ago I received an email from King Sushi, the owner of this site, though I sent him a reply and he still hasn't responded.
  • 6/9 - RandX - Due to a few requests, I finally added Episode 3 of Shyguy Club.
  • 6/8 - Rhett - Not much of an update. But since some apologies were passed around and several statements about "not condoning actions" on a certain board and chat I have added two good sites to the Links Page.

  • 5/28 - portnoyd - My second update in 2 days, aren't I.... el33t? (To all you smartasses out there who want to answer that question, don't :)). I've added a review for the stinky Mission Cobra (Go right to it), and my speed guide for the Legend of Zelda, which is on the hints/walkthroughs page, or right here.
  • 5/27 - portnoyd - Heh, my first update after joining 2 months ago. Added work in progress page for a new eBay only rarity list/eBay NES portion of el33t called eBay MadNES!. Check it out! Got a long way to go, but it'll give you an idea at what I'm trying to do.
  • 5/26 - Rhett - Added a new pirate article by Ickdoggit on Galaxian to the Pirates section. Also today in the U.S. is Memorial Weekend, Memorial Day is this Monday, so special thanks to all the U.S. servicemen and women that served, fought, and died while protecting the United States. Thanks to our allies that stuck with us through thick and thin too. Thank a veteran or servicemember if you see one.
  • 5/24 - Rhett - A info-ramble on multi Acclaim games by DeGen have been added to the rambling section.
  • 5/20 - RandX - A review of Dragon Warrior is up.
  • 5/20 - Rhett - I added the long promised (by I) and sought out (by other gamers) article on battery repair. Good luck with it. It's as detailed as can be but the job is still tedious.
  • 5/17 - Rhett - I added two Ramblings, one by yours truly on searching for new NES products and finding that the NES lives on and a posting turned ramble by a Josh Gamble on The Gamer.
  • 5/15 - RandX - The Cheats and Hints section has been updated with a new Hints/Walkthrough/Glitches and some more Passwords.
  • 5/13 - Rhett - A smaller update than I thought due to scanner problems. okay got a review by Qix on Back To The Future 2/3 and I added a poll and got rid of a few obsolete images on the main page below. I'll reorganize it later.
  • 5/13 - RandX - A review of Legacy of the Wizard is up.
  • 5/10 - Rhett - Got a small update in, links have been modified some more with new sites and a few placing upgrades, I also added a eBay info ramble. That's it for now. Expect a large update this weekend.
  • 5/8 - RandX - I found another secret for Star Wars. Also, The N-Files has been updated with a new case.
  • 5/6 - RandX - The Audio section has been updated with two new mp3s. Oddly enough, these two mp3s were uploaded to the server, but the Audio page didn't have a link to them. Also, the NES Humor page has been updated with a very funny review written by NemesisX before he quit the staff. For some reason, he never added it to the page. What is it with people uploading stuff and not making links to it? Anyways, that's all for now. Expect some more reviews from me soon.
  • 5/5 - RandX - The Secrets page found under the Cheats and Hints page has been updated with a secret found in Star Wars.
  • 5/5 - Rhett - Another update with a new Ramble and reviews for Castlevania, Duck Tales and Ice Hockey. I've also done some reworking of of the links page so email me if you have a good site and want added. Also if you were interested in the Game Genie article please read why I removed it. That's it for now.
  • 5/3 - RandX - I'm back on the staff, and I added some screenshots to The Game of the Month to add some more flava. A review of Double Dragon, written by yours truly, is now up. I'd also like to make an announcement: To everyone who emailed me wanting to join Shyguy Club, please email me again since I'm back on the staff and can now add you to the members page. I apologize for any inconvenience, but I was off the staff for awhile and my comp crashed, so I no longer have your emails. Sorry.
  • 5/2 - Rhett - Well everyone NES EL33t finally got a update. Which is my first time at HTML manipulation so go easy. Alright I added a new Game Of The Month and a article on how to modify a Game Genie so it works with a toploader. A large update will come in a few days. Thanks for hanging with us.

  • 2/27 - KingSushi - Sorry dudes, just doin stuff. First gotta welcome the new staffer, ickdoggit. Got some neet updates for ya'll though. updated the bios with ickdoggit's, then added his gamelist. Then a ramble by Rhett, and a review by Rhett. I have a new mix out, but I can't upload it.   • 2/9 - KingSushi - Got a fat update for y'all. Got a brand spankin new fan fiction by Rolocke, and a rambling by Rolocke, and a Nfiles by... Rolocke. Oh yeah, got some new custom game genie codes by... ANDY4U2CALL@webtv.net. Geeze, I did absolutely nothing. Oh wait, I fixed some links on the tabs page... Oh well. Heh, Rolocke is a rad writer, check his stuff out, seriously.

  • 2/4 - RandX - It's been awhile since I updated, so I added another case to The N-Files.
  • 2/3 - KingSushi - Hey everyone. I hope we still get some visitors after the whole links page incident. We have a dilly of an update for you all. First of all, we updated the game of the month. Rhett wrote it and it's sweet. Next, we have a brand spankin new section up. It's about repair and under the info/business section. Check it out, very fun and informative. Also added a review, and that is about it. Enjoy the update, cause it took me all day. BTW, I am now a licensed driver. sweet.

    JANUARY

  • 1-28 - KingSushi - Hi. Those of you who heard about/saw the links page incident, I apologize. I had no knowledge of this thing until someone informed me of it (and by then it had been changed). I think the people that it happened to were mature enough to let it go, and I hope the el33t staff can be more mature in the future.
    I hate doing stuff like that D:. Well, now for the update. Added a review by Rhett, some stupid rambling by me, and added some stuff to Rhetts game list. No remixes, Cal just got a fat PA, so we have been spending all our music time doin live stuff. Expect some within the month of February.
  • 1-21 - NemesisX - Well, looks like I've updated, not much really. I uploaded 2 reviews to the site, being Rush 'N Attack and The Terminator. I also changed that little flame on the links page, lets all be a little more mature allright?
  • 1-16 - RandX - No updates, just want to announce a few staff changes. Nakoo recently told me that he left NES El33t long ago and said go ahead and remove him, so I did. Nemo may also be leaving, but I'm not quite sure about that yet, for details ask King Sushi. On the brighter side, we got a new staffer named NemesisX. NemesisX will be helping us with layout and design, as well as submitting reviews. I believe he also found another interesting case to use for "The N-Files", but I'll let him upload the material since he discovered it.
  • 1-14 - RandX - A new section, "The N-Files", is finally up. It covers issues in NES games that are either unclear, confusing, or don't make sense. Also, the "Secrets" section under "Cheats and Hints" has been updated with a secret found in Gargoyle's Quest 2.
  • 1-12 - KingSushi - Whew, sorry I haven't been around in a while. My life gotte flooded all the sudded (cars, birthdays, etc) but me and Rhett are prepping for a fat update. Right now, I just fixed the updates and added in a game genie code from gedowski@yahoo.com (thanks, by the way, I never emailed you back. we are eternally grateful). Expect two remixes next time (both almost done, and both smb3 techie medleys), a new section, tons of stuff, and more phat flava. peace out j00s.
  • 1-11 - RandX - I finally uploaded the editorial titled "The Terrible 2's." It's the other editorial that I had up on NWW, but I did some editing and finally got a screenshot for Double Dragon 2. Enjoy!
  • 1-10 - RandX - I added a review of Little Nemo: The Dream Master.
  • 1-9 - RandX - Under the "Secrets" section in "Cheats and Hints", I added another secret area to Little Nemo. Also, NES Humor has been updated with a Mega Man comic strip submitted to me by a friend named mephista. Enjoy!
  • 1-8 - RandX - A new section, called "Shyguy Club" is now up. Right now, it's the same stuff that was on NWW, but I will add more to it soon.
  • 1-1 - RandX - The Rambling section has been updated with an editorial titled "NES Related Pet Peeves" typed up by yours truly.:P

NOVEMBER & DECEMBER


  • 12-31 - RandX - The Secrets section under the Cheats and Hints section has been updated with a couple of secrets found in Little Nemo: The Dream Master.
  • 12-30 - RandX - Finally, my first review added to NES El33t. I reviewed the game Crystalis, but it is NOT the same review that was on NWW and TNT, it's a rewrite with a slightly different format.
  • 12-26 - KingSushi Sup all. First, I'd like to shout out a big fat thanks to Randx for joining up and contributing. Second, I hope you all had a good Christmas, and got lots of l33t nes skitz. Now with the update. We have a rambling by Rhett in the Rambling section, and a review by Rhett in the Reviews section. Also, more tabs, in, you guessed it, the Tabs section. Also added a link. Enjoy the update, and expect a story, a review, some ramblings, and maybe even a remix in the next update.

  • 12-24- RandX - Merry Christmas! No updates, just wanted to wish everyone a merry Christmas. Remember, Jesus is the reason for the season. Enjoy your break!
  • 12-22- RandX - Once again, the "Secrets" page has been updated. The game is none other than Life Force, and no, it's NOT the thirty lives code.(surprise surprise)
  • 12-21- RandX - The "Secrets" page has been updated with a secret from Tiny Toon Adventures. Also, the links on every page should match the main page now.
  • 12-19- RandX - A new section called "Secrets" is up under the "Cheats and Hints" section.
  • 12-18- RandX - I added an editorial in the "Rambling" section, some of you may remember it from NWW, it's titled "Cocktail Table Games." Also, I fixed the broken image on the Codes page as well as the navigation problem. The Back buttons will no longer take you back to Sushi's old page, but back to NES El33t.
  • 12-18- KingSushi - Have a new fan fiction up, and two new rambles. A new section, webrings (which I'm sure will be the most popular section), and a lot of cleanup. Also, Rand joined the staff. Enjoy.
  • 12-13- KingSushi - Well, despite me having a devil  flu 11 days after my devil  cold, Rhett and I pulled through with another update. Most of the stuff, you all will not notice, as it was just clean up stuff. We fixed the deathrace review, the skate or die 2 review, the 31 in 1 pirate analysis, and really revamped the links section. Also added a review of Stealth ATF :D. Well, wish me luck with my flu. I have been out of school since monday and hacking up lungs and having fevers of 103.6. Ugh... Im going to listen to Alanis Morrissette. Bye.
  • 12-7 - KingSushi - Quick thing - added the Z thang ad on the bottom and on top. You should check it out, cause it is cooool.

    • My grades have been slipping big time, and if I get any C's on my next report card, my mom won't let me get my drivers license D:.

    OCTOBER


    • 10/28 - KingSushi - Man, 8 days. This is the longest we've waited in a couple months to update. Well, I may have to wait a bit more next time because my mom is going into surgery. Well, enough with my trouble. I would like to thank you all for voting for us, as we are 4th in the top twenty sites. I added up a bunch of ads, located in the Ad's section, and we have a bunch of reviews and editorials coming up.

    • 10/16 - KingSushi - Another fun update, kiddies. We have two (yes two) new pieces of fan fiction, one (yes one) new rambling, and we fixed Rhetts poem, pirate, and gamelist. Hmm... I think I should update my gamelist soon too... Oh well, enjoy all you crazy hooligans who follow the site.

    • 10/10 - KingSushi - Fun update. Have a nice, new, and most importantly, large review up by Rhett. That is on the reviews page. Also have a manual for the zelda board game typed up, and that us under rambling. Updated the links, with Deathsporks site, the nes retreat and also a basic cleanup.
           I have a story I need to type up that will be up soon. And the biggest coming soon news is that I have found a fat depository of NES Advertisements that I am going to scan up for you all to enjoy. Enjoy all of this, later.

    • 9/25 - KingSushi - Well, I am sorry for all of you who tried to download the bignes.mp3. I tried 12 times to upload it and it quit. So I will wait before I put that one up. But, I do have a rockin new remix of Princess tomato in the salad kingdom. Don't be alarmed by the name, it really does rock. You should hear it.            Also, the King of Corn is back. ANDY4U2CALL@webtv.net has a whole new bushell of custom game genie codes for the games: Rygar, Castlevania, Contra, RC Pro AM, Castlevania 3, Metroid, Double Dragon, and Super C.     • 8/29 - Emperor Nakoo- As KingSushi pointed out yesterday, I will be assisting Nemo and Rhett in keeping the NES el33t afloat until KingSushi is able to return from his leave of absence. What he failed to mention is that I'm officially a staff member now. I haven't actually added anything today, other than my game list, and even that is currently only accessible from the front page. It will be accessible from any page as I become more familiar with the site. Expect a new section, The NES Bar, to be added to the site. When will it be added? Nobody knows.
    • 8/28 - KingSushi- Well, I'm sure most of you have read the message board. I need to leave for a bit. But Rhett and Nemo and hopefully Emperor Nakoo Hiryuu will keep us up [Nakoo's Note: Yes, we will. :D]. When things settle down over here, I will be back. For my last update for a while, I have a hillarious review by Nemo. Enjoy it. I hopefully will be back soon (within a couple of months). I may lose the internet, but probably not.     • 8/13 - KingSushi- Okay no more frames so viewing should be easier for some of you. It will be buggy, I guarantee it. Also, added some tabs: a bunch of MM2 ones and some metroid ones. I got one bass for MM and one bass for Metroid. 5 Guitar for MM and 2 Guitar for Metroid. Have fun with those.
    • 8/8 - KingSushi- Added a rambling.

    • 8/5 - KingSushi- Alright, you may have noticed that I am now on disflux.net. It is pretty nice. I actually made the update yesterday, but freespeech was too retarded to have their ftp working. So Rhett is now a full-fledged member of the site. Expect updates from him. Sorry I ditched out these last couple of weeks, but I have been busy and skooled and tired. New game of the month is up, a new review, and update the links section a bit. Also adopted Tyler Durdin.

    • 7/21 KingSushi- All I really did was add in smb 1 2 and 3 game genie codes and some contra game genie codes. Rhett should be joining the team (me) soon and expect for seasoned updates. The NES tournament just started and Rygar is in, yess!. To check the standings check Loogaroo's nes site or The nes message board of nessesity.
    • 7/20 KingSushi- 2:51 am, updating game genie codes. Yesterday I added some links and a quiz section and a fan fiction section, but it was too hot to record it. ugh...
    • 7/18 KingSushi- Once again, I'm starting nice and early. I added in a trial soap/sitcom/whatever-you-wanna-call-it thingy. Check it out. I also added some reviews, a whole freakin load of Rygar GG codes, and a couple ramblings. If you have Rygar and a game genie, I highly suggest you try out the codes.
    • 7/17 KingSushi- Alright, at a bright and early 1:09 in the morning, I have added a rambling by Quizzle, and fixed up the rambling section some more. I have also created an award, to be delivered in about 12 hours. I better get some sleep. Later in the day, I put up a rambling, a poem, by Rhett. I also added clawx to the roster of the NTF and added a few more tabs.Still working on that Game of the month change. Great! I got the new game of the month up, and I added some ramblings by ClawX. Sweet.
    • 7/16 KingSushi-Updated rambling section with Offspringer's quizzes. Also added in Tabs section. Visit it and email me requests. Also added and updated to my links page. It is once again reliable! Fixed up links section and my games. Got rid of Snickers' NES StuffThanky.
    • 7/15 KingSushi-Well hello hello hello. My site has turned into all those sites I have always hated for never updating. Sure, I could come up with clever excuses like "oh, i got grounded from the internet 3 times" or "I got a job and homework and it got to be too much", but in all truth, I just got lazy. I'm sorry for doing this to you and to all the people who counted on me for one reason or another. I have yet another new screenname, megarygar@aol.com, and am now going to give it another shot. To be completely honest, I was kind of afraid of coming back for a while, due to the fact that I hadn't been here for a good 4 or 5 months. Oh well, I'm back and ready to the maxx!

           Right now, I am looking for fiction. I posted this on The nes message board of nessesity and am in dire need of suppliers. Since my writing ability is nothing to brag about... or even talk about for that matter, I need other people to do my work for me. As for now, I will be fixing broken links, email problems, and everything else wrong with this place. I will also be adding more game genie codes and more regular codes, as well as some ramblings.     • 12/6 KingSushi-Well, after a period of dormancy, we are back with a boom. Ben Preston has his newest three page writing, which really, really rocks and Preston Street now exists.     •    9/24/99- Welcome, welcome all. Welcome new viewers, welcome returning viewers. This will be the last update for about two weeks. I am revamping my site. I have no clue what I will be doing. Maybe just graphics, maybe I'll get rid of frames, maybe I'll get more frames. Who knows. I did nothing this week. I am getting lazy.

           One thing I am working on is a DW III Goof Off team. I am attempting to beat the game using a team of idiots. I will post the journal on my site later. Untill then, you can find it at The NES board of NEScessity. Sorry about the lack of content. But all I have had time for is homework, sleep, and some relaxing NES. Ahh... Goodnight...

    •    9/19/99- Okay, I'm back. School has been stressing me out. I haven't had much time to work on anything. I did, however, put up my new NES Humor section (picts coming soon). I also revamped my links section, or at least made it a bit more organized. I am sad to say, though, that I did absolutely nothing else on the site this week. I wish I could have, but, you know how high school is.

           One cool thing is that I might be getting 200+ Nintendo games today for ten or fifteen bucks. My friend has connections at Software Etc. and they have about 300 games they are willing to sell for about a nickel each. All I can do is hope he wasn't pulling my chain (he knows how fanatic I am about the NES). I am really searching for things to write here, since I want this to look like a big update. Oh well...

    •    9/9/99- Sorry about the overall crappines of the last update, besides all of the stuff I did. It was a true story about the milk though. I just had myh first bowl of cereal since then. As I have been mentioning, I am mighty busy from school, so I haven't had much time to do... anything... except sleep and do homework (coincedently, most of my sleeping is is Bio and Geometry, the two classes I am kickin' ass in). I felt an update was nescessary because of the neato date. Actually, I noticed that at the end of me writing this, I just tacked this on to the end of the introductory paragraph.

           All I did this month was pin up a couple reviews by Laugh4 and do a rambling. The rambling is one you might have seen on |tsr's NES Pit, before it was hacked. Geeze to I hate hackers who hack cool things. I hope the hacker gets stapled to a big bilboard and cursed to a life of little kids pissing on him. Oh wow. Sorry, that just slipped out...

    •    9/1/99- Updated Cal's words of thought, added a couple reviews, and put up a new game of the month. Yay for me.

    AUGUST

    •      8-28-99-Finally I am sort of accustomed to high school, sort of...

           I actually got quite a bit done, but don't expect this every week. I guess I just didn't get much homework. Actually, the real story is that I only did one of the new updates. They were almost all submissions and "borrows". I got some awesome ramblings by Gamme, and a bunch more reviews by Laugh4. Two huge surprises this month, I updated the bio page (Laugh4 is up now) and I did a review (!!!). I also added and fixed a few things in my links and awards departments.

           One thing worth mentioning, I beat Disney Adventures in the Magic Kingdom. Boy oh boy I love that game. I really suggest you buy it. I payed 5 bucks for it. I have only payed 5 bucks for three games... Final Fantasy, Rygar, and DAMK. Oh sorry, I started rambling. The CWOT might be late this comming month, because I am getting too tired to get Cal to write them, and the game of the month might be a bit delayed as well, for the same reason of me being tired.

    •      8-21-99- Sorry about the delay in recordation (?) of updates, I have been awefully busy. I started High School yesterday, so I have been preoccupied. I am tired now.

           Laugh4 added a bunch more reviews and a rambling, Mikrowerk added GG codes for Rygar and RC Pro Am and I added some for Rygar myself. I updated my links section and my awards section, and added some more rejected site names. I put up a rambling by Dief (don't worry, I got his permission). Changed my gamelist a bit, and just cleaned it up a bit. The updates will get better when I get mroe accustomed to school. Thanks.

    •      8-12-99- You would not believe the incredibly hassle-free week I have had. Still, though, most of the updates come from Laugh4, a really cool guy. He is a blessing to my site. I have never been much of a man for patience, and with the new rule I have on writing my reviews, they just take too long. Laugh4 has helped me out with that, by writing 4 reviews (a 5th one's coming) this week! When I get my Cool People list up, he is definatly numero uno.

           Before I get into everything that I did with my site, I just wanted to tell you that I generally cleaned up, fixed all of my broken links, and all of the pages with no backround picture, etc. I did this because I am hoping to get accepted to be hosted on Retrogaming Web Hosting. This would be a huge relief, mainly because I can't upload MIDIs or jpgs on Geocities, partly to get rid of those damn annoying popup windows. Cross your fingers.

           I updated my game list a bit. I got a bunch of cool new controllers (one of them I am probably trading) and about 6 games. I owe Zimo 7 bucks, though. Oh well. I added, dropped, changed and basically fixed up my links section. Check it out! I also added on a really cool rejected site name. Definatly visit. I added a rambling, as did Laugh4. The reviews section is where I shine this week, all because of Laugh4. Like I said erlier, he submitted FOUR!!! That's more than I could do in a month!

           Had a great week, but alas, summer ends and school starts 8 days from now. I guess it's back to the simple "added a link" updates for me. Don't worry, though. The weekends will provide beef. Thanks for viewing, and don't forget to mail in anything!

    •      8-6-99- I have been really busy lately. As you may know, I was in summer school, and it just ended (yes). I will be able to work on my site a lot then. Now, all I really did was work on my codes section, I got it all up, it is just a little buggy. I should have all of the glitches worked out really soon. Also, let me know how you like the scroll box.

           I got my thousandth hit! Yes. I got it sometime between the 5th and the 7th, because I don't visit my site much (shutup Cal). I also got an award! Ha ha ha!!! Whew! I am stoked! I really believe, though, with a little hard work, and a little bit of sleep deprivation from being on from 6:00 AM to 3:00 AM working on your site every day, anybody can get an award. Thanks Big Stu!

           Geeze, I did such an awful lot of stuff, and I'm so disorganized, that I have forgotten all of it. Lemme see, I fixed my review section (it was a little buggy), I fixed my links section, added on some new rejected site names (I have a full notebook full of 'em). I changed the webring thing at the bottom because it was getting on my nerves, and plopped a big old Big Stu banner up (boy, am I excited about this award or what). I also did... Other things. I didn't do too much this week, mainly because finals, and also because I have been partying to celebrate the end of summer school. I get a whole 11 days before real school. Lucky me.

           Well, my advice to everyone is, work hard, play easy. Good day.

    •      8-1-99-Well, I updated quite a large bit! This is my big monthly thing that you all have been yearning to see.

           I updated the miscellaneous section, meaning I changed the Game of the month, moved my trip summary, and am in the process of adding in a new section, rejected site names (view the preview here). I also updated the codes section a lot, even though I didn't record it. I have updates my frames, added in a couple new sections (Cal's Words, My Stuff), and have changed the overall look just a bit. I also got music, yes! It was hard, but I managed. I updated my links section quite a bit and changed the numerical ratins from 1-10 to 1-5.

           I have also made the decision to only record my updates once a week for many reasons: One is that the updates section was huge, and was sort of getting in the way. Two, was that I will be able to organize my thoughts better, not be so rushed you know. And three, in case I forget to update for a bunch of days in a row, I will be able to cover for myself. So I will still be updating on a regular basis, I just won't record it every day. Good day!

    JULY

    • 7-26-99-Completely revamped Cal's Words O thought. There are sixty up all through the month so visit lots of times (shameless attempt to get more hits). I have actually been updating this page more than any of my other ones, except cheats. I have reached a point in my NES webpaging career (1 month, c'mon) and I have realized, my review really suck. From now on, none of my reviews will be under four pages (on paper) so cut me some slack if I'm a bit late (like today). Well, hasta la vista for now, okay?
    • 7-25-99-Added some codes and changed the CWOT logo twice. Prepping for the big update (I think I am making it out to be way bigger than it is).
    • 7-24-99-Well, I made a new logo, updated my codes, bio, links (slightly) and my related media. I added on four new midi packs, and I put all of my new logos into my logo .zip. I am preparing for the big ole update, like I mentioned above, and working on a logo for Cal's Words o' Thought.
    • 7-23-99-I'm baaack! Okay, I got a big heapin' helpin' of juicy new stuff. I put up my trip summary, which is quite funny, to some extent, then it just gets annoying. It is located in the misc. section. I put up a Mega Man review, put up a rambling, and started a brand new tradition. Cal's words of thought, which will be updated on a completely non-regular basis because, well, because it's Cal were talking about here. We will soon be putting up a logo for the thoughts, and putting up monthly collections. I also updated my codes section quite a bit. I love California.
    • 7-17-99- Well, this is going to be the last update for about a week, I'm going to Vegas. I just got back from the swap meet and I'm happy to say that I bought 13 games, two controllers, a zapper (the red kind) and a Nintendo with only 36 bucks. I bought the NES, zapper, controllers, and three games (SMB1, 2, and 3) for my good buddy, Kyle (visit his page, Starchasers Realm of Fantasy) I completely fixed the Metroid review, and I updated my codes section a bit. On Friday, expect a big update (that's when I'm getting back). Well, I'll see you around.
    • 7-16-99- To fully express the way I feel about changing the order of my updates, I am going to have to use a quote by Garth Algar (Dana Carvey). "Wayne, I feel weird". Coudn't have said it better myself. Well, I got up my bio section, changed my frames once again, cause I had to (to give access to my bio). I met a cool guy named Steve Estes, he has already written a review, and I just met him last night. So, keep on enjoying the site, please.
    • 7-15-99- Well, Dief is giving me the pros and cons, and I'm happy to say, I have some cool pros. Also, starting next update, my updates will go from most frequent to least frequent, because what Dief says, gos (I'm not really that much of a follower). Also, expect major updates in the codes department. I'm going to the swap meet this weekend and hope to pick up Rygar, DWII, DWIV, FF1, and Battletoads. So, expect more Game Genie codes by Monday along with a Mega Man review.
    • 7-14-99- I think I vaguely remember updating my backround pictures the other day, but it was too hot to record it. Today, I added some neat pics to the cheats section, and that's about it. I am going to put up walkthroughs on the cheats section tommorow, unless it is over 150É or something.
    • 7-12-99- Well, changed the frames just a bit, and added a couple new links. Put up another review (as promised), Dragon Warrior 3, a classic within a classic. Oh yeah! I added in a new section! Codes, for you who love to spoil the game. It should be up tomorrow or tonight, because I'm going to the beach because it's HOT. Good day.
    • 7-11-99- Tomorrow I am going to fix my frames, I promise. They just look horrible now. Oh well. So, I have to give my deepest thanx to The Old School Gamer for giving me TONS of FF1 game genie codes. Check them out. Well, I gotta go to bed, its like, midnight, and I have to go to school at 6 tomorrow. Oh geeze.

    • 7-7-99- Made brand new logos for the links section, hope you like them. I might add some more logos later, and a review is coming for T&C. Cool.
    • 7-6-99- Updated links section, added a bunch of ROM sites plus the best ROM site in the world, Tobee's NES ROM page. Email me if you can find a better one. I'll be adding new logos tonight or tommorow. Also, added a few more Zelda game genie codes.
    • 7-5-99- Well, Cal got back the other day, and low and behold, I have a bunch of new game genie codes up on the gg page. I have decided to add a new feature and put a screenshot of the coolest code on the page. So, they will be coming up slowly but surely, and I am making new logos too. Happy wishes. Okay, I was going to put the screenshots up, but I couldn't because none of my codes worked on my emulator, sorry.
    • 7-4-99 (12:02 AM)- I just got up the related media section, it took me an hour!!! Now, you can download a bunch of mids, they are all zipped, so windows and Mac users can use them. Cool. Happy July 4th!
    • 7-3-99- It is 9:27 AM and I just got my Rambling section up. I added another Mendel Palace GG Code. I should have all my sections up and running by the end of today.
    • 7-2-99- Wow. I did a lot today. I got up ton's more links, I put up the misc. section, added game of the month, got pics for Mendel Palace and Monster Party (replacing those stupid logo's I had). What a day. All that and summer school.
    • 7-1-99- Adding more meat to my site. should have rambling up and running by the end of the day. If you have some extra reviews lying around, go ahead and send 'em here. I'll be glad to take them off your hands.

    • 6-30-99- Updating the minor stuff, fixing up the links in the frames a bit. It's coming along pretty darn good, eh?
    • 6-29-99- Well, After 4 days of not being able to udate because of fortunecity, I have finally had enough with them and switched to Geocities. I updated a lot and and got frames and put up a new .mid file from the game rygar (one of the best games, in my opinion). Ta-Ta!
    • 6-27-99- Fortune City was down when I was writing this, so I haven't been able to update. Adding frames, plus a better layout. FortuneCity was making me quite angry, because I haven't been able to update my site for a while.
    • 6-25-99- Well, I came up with the idea to contribute to the NES society and make an NES site. It's going pretty well.
