G.I. Giusti's 8-Bit Platoon, Afro Sushi's NES Disco Ball. Great names, but they both had some quality that held them back from being ranked high enough to be my actuall site name. In this new section, I will give you the lowdown on my site names that didn't quite make it. So put on your laughing caps, and get ready to... uh... laugh!
![]() Indiana Jon's 8-bit Adventure! Not to shabby, but also, not too great. Sounds too game specific for my needs, but I like the ring to it, and the adventure aspect. I guess the reason it didn't make it in is that that Indiana guy looks too wimpy to be a hero. Oh well...
![]() I really liked Farmer Jon's NES petting zoo, but unfortunatley, I would have needed some sort of farm setup if I wanted to pull it off right. I couldn't find many farm animals for the NES, and 8-bit fences are hard to draw, so I decided to move on.
![]() The idea I had for this logo was G.I. Jon's 8-bit Platoon, which I most likely would have used, could not happen because of my overall laziness. After I did the N and didn't like the results, I just sorta gave up on the logo. This is the product.
![]() ![]() ![]() The moment I thought up this one, I knew it would be a keeper. All I had to do was make a professional looking 8-bit dancer. Well, needless to say, my uncanny ability for screwing up animated gif broke through and I "used" a dancer from this cool site
![]() Amelia Earhart. My favorite american hero. I was going to dedicate a site in her name, but it would get pretty boring pretty fast. It is too bad, because I got a really snazzy pic of her. Oh well... There is more coming, like I said erlier, I have a whole friggin notebook full of these things...
