I have never been in a Funco store. But I have delt with them by the mail order department. The Funcoland franchise seems to be bashed way to much. Although I have little to talk since I haven't been inside one of their stores I did use the call-in service and mail order and am very happy with my results. I got several games much cheaper than I could locally and when I received one broken game and one of the wrong title they quickly and happily fixed it on the phone. I don't see why everyone hates Funco. Even with crappy service you just write it off as experience, complain on the phone, then don't go anymore. End of the line.
